    Systems Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Toronto, ON
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions (Toronto, ON).

    Interview

Interview was fairly laid back and easy. The hiring Manager was present and his overall attitude thru the interview was awkward; not hostile but weird. There was another person, a Senior Specialist. Interview felt like I was joining an exclusive old boys club. Such a waste, Motorola has an amazing history to become someone's exclusive club.

I end up hearing after 6 weeks they were moving ahead with other candidates. At that point I was fine with it; but is normal courtesy to provide the candidates you interview in person with timely feedbacks. I got that because I pinged the recruiter a couple of times. Very disappointed.
