IBM put job selection camp in my college. There was written test with multiple choice question. Written test includes questions on C/C++ and also some quantitative aptitude questions. They announced the result of test and then qualified will go to interview round. There was just 1 technical and HR Interview with big panel(consisting of 4 person). It was not a tough interview. They asked some questions on C/C++, Operating System. In the last they also discussed my hobby written in my resume.

Moderate , basic Java coding questions asked. Output based questions and questions from previous project . Total 4 rounds were there. Coding, gaming based on mathematics and optimization, English comprehensive and managerial with technical.

It was OK, 1 round of aptitude & technical questions, 1 more round of technical interview & Finally manager interview. Technical questions were on computer science as well as my back ground (electrical engineering). Interviewers were friendly.

Interview
There was no technical interview. They just asked general question about own self and hired all students who were eligible. They just hire all student regardless of their knowledge. If that is the case why do they hire GH and then remove them for cost cutting.
