Interview
One telephonic and one on-site interview, after which I was asked to take the IPAT exam. One week after taking up the exam they made me an offer. The major task is to get past the interview. Every candidate that is selected is required to take up the IPAT exam before an official offer is made.

Question 1
They discuss about the projects mentioned in resume in detail and also test your networking and troubleshooting skills.
Easy and straightfoward. There was only 2-3 rounds of interviews. The call was with three people panel. Mostly asked about experience. Got a call back within a month. Really dependent on team and manager.
They had three interviews: HR, technical and with the director. Technical interview was difficult, I got like around 40 questions in an hour. It started from subnetting essentials and ended up like BGP attributes details.
