Had appeared for the telephonic round of technical discussion, later had a 1:1 discussion regarding the salary package part. They informed me that i'll receive the offer letter in 5-7 working days, however it has been over 1 month now and still there is no update. this creates a very bad impression

I got selected in 1st round PDM round next shared current Pay slip with hike letter. Next they asked to give Biometric by visiting their IBM office. After this got call from HR and offered me the almost same salary what I had currently. Request experience consultant fix first salary next give interview.
