I had given technical + manager round 2 times, got confirmation of selection, sent all documents, but after waiting for 3 months got rejection email from HR without proper justification.
Don't apply in IBM. Very cheap interview process

Interview
There were three rounds of interviews: two technical rounds and one HR round.
The first technical round was very in-depth and lasted around 40 minutes.
In the second technical round, I was asked about role redesign and how to identify all Fiori tiles while migrating from ERP to S/4HANA, which was a bit challenging.
The third round was an HR discussion.
Important note: Please ensure you verify the joining date carefully and ask HR to correct it before accepting the offer letter, as they do not issue an updated offer letter later.
