I take a part in pool campus drive in indore by IBM in Medi Caps Uniiversty. The process has 2 written round, 1 technical and followed by HR round. The process is difficult.

They asked simple puzzle question in first written round.

Interview process has 3 rounds.
first round was JAM which was group discussion round.
second round was Telephonic round. In this round they will test your communication skills and your voice clarity.
third round was technical interview.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Bengaluru) in Dec 2016
Interview
The first round was group discussion which went on pretty well. Next was the technical round where the basic knowledge of the stream was tested and the skills were reviewed. The last round was the HR round where the basic interest and the briefing about the company was done.
