Online application which led to online tests. These were quite difficult, not a clue how I passed, by far the hardest numerical tests, with a very strict time limit, I timed out and had to email them to re-open the test... it times out if you do not answer one question after 2 minutes!
I believe the video interview was next, nothing out of the ordinary here, know your role and experiences and you should be fine. The assessment centre was a long day, be collaborative in group exercises, find all possible solutions during the group exercise that happens while each individual is taken out for their one on one interviews, and be very clear with communications while this is happening. For the one on one interviews, show what technology you are interested in, relate that to IBM, show your passion for technology! the other logical group exercise, communication is key, make sure you time check and have someone drawing out the logic on the white board! The tour was fun, and informal chat with the graduates. One more individual exam to sit, 20 questions, not as hard as the online tests but negatively marked (which I never realised when sitting so I guess I guessed well!). I may be mistaken but I think there was a presentation? which is nothing to worry about, it was only one on one.
I passed the assessment centre and then was told I would hear back about a team etc. this was six months ago... I think they forgot about me? But I had other assessment centres and interviews and found a job more suited to myself, so I never followed this up.
