Interview
I was given a design exercise to complete before going on-site. I presented my design with other candidates and then participated in a group design exercise. Afterwards, there were two one-on-one interviews.
Online video assessment of 2 questions. 1 minute of taking notes, 3 mins of speaking in the front of the camera. You have 7 days to answer these questions. Time is limited, so you need to be highly focused.
Thoughtful process. Much better then the average AI interview process. It was a pre recorder video that was timed it was easy to navigate and plenty of time to answer.
