It was a group interview with around 10 people in one room. We were given several topics and asked to discuss one by one. You can choose to participate in certain topics, or participate every time. Free format.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2011
Interview
3 30 Minute Interviews
2 Behavioral, 1 Case
Both behavioral interviews were fairly basic for consulting interviews, but the biggest thing they are looking for is fit with IBM, and a good reason to want to become an IBMer.
The case was a super simple profit case. Either my interviewer didn't have much experience giving cases, or they weren't terribly concerned with the case. I spent more time coming up with creative suggestions than realizing that increasing revenues were being offset by rising costs to create a level profit.

Standard interview process for on-campus recruiting for college seniors. 3 interviews back to back after a career fair. Received a congratulatory email before the end of the week. Everyone was easy to talk to and seemed more interested in trying to get to know you, rather than trying to stump you.
