Very straight forward and easy interview process overall. I received an offer within 2 weeks. The hiring manager asked good in depth questions but easy to answer overall. I was surprised.

How does your previous work experience translate to this role?
Very fast process. Only had the hirevue and one interview with the hiring manager. Never heard back from recruiter after, so assumed I did not get the offer. Had me present a pitch for an app
Self recorded inteview, no feedback. Very generic questions and not engaging at all. Easy questions, but doesn't let you distinguish yourself or make yourself stand out like in a normal interview. Companies need to stop doing this.
5 question interview by yourself that you record with an added practice round. Asking questions in the realm of, difficulty in the workplace, or how you handled a certain task.
