Interview
Very intense interview with several stages to it. There was a typing test that is relatively easy. There is a interview with the hiring specialist. That was very comfortable and down to earth. Then, there was an hour long job shadow, followed by a interview with the manager. This interview asked tougher questions, although the hiring manager was very nice and respectful. Overall, it is a pretty intense interview process and it is recommended to come well prepared.

Easy, first you take a keyboard and personality test, Then you interview with a manager. After, they will send you either an offer letter or a letter advising over choosing other candidates.

A situation where I had to help someone in the workplace.
Panel interview. Simulation style interview to see how well you can handle tasks and stress. Stay calm and prioritize all of the tasks. Something will lack but it has to be insignificant.
Be prepared with examples to plug and play. May include a technical assessment.
For the interview:
Must use STAR method in responses. Be prepared to give detailed examples. Focus on the customer. Use tactical instances and tie it back to the questions asked.
