With GEICO’s support, the 100 will enhance its organizational mission and focus on Mentoring, Education, Health and Wellness, Economic Empowerment and Leadership Development. One component of the partnership will support the creation of the GEICO-Collegiate 100® Career Development Program, a program designed to create a diverse and robust pipeline of highly qualified students for internships and early career employment programs. The second component focuses on other national leadership development programs that support youth, young professionals, and those interested in enhancing their leadership skills and who seek leadership roles.
