Interview
Standard behavioral questions was first. They sent me to another room to do a sales role play over the phone. It lasted about five minutes then I completed a typing exam. The process was very easy.
It was an interview over zoom. After I applied I got a follow up email and then had my zoom interview. It was about 30 minutes long and they asked behavioral and situational questions along with info about salary.

If I have experience in a call center or corporate setting
Video interview, pretty straightforward. Then you have to take an assessment to see if you can keep up with the expected work pace, not hard in my opinion. They were flexible for me because I was still out of the country at the time, so that’s a major plus.

Interview
Zoom interview with a live person asking about career history and ambitions for the future. It was a very thorough interview, promoting self analysis and critiquing. It was flushing out skills and qualifications.
