unclear instructions for technical interviews. Also, it's irrelevant to technical knowledge at all, It is more like a brain teaser—nothing related to technical and technology. It is totally disappointing and confusing.

phone screening 13 Feb, can change track on phone - HackerRank test before 25th (super simple) - assessment centre 26 Feb looooong talks from HR, talent specialist, account manager, incumbent consultants, skill labs coach - 15 min group discussion prep and 8 min discussion - lunch break - talk from another consultant - 15min interview with AM, 15min interview with skills lab coach. Really a long and tiring day, especially with spontaneous changes of schedule and the big number of candidates.

Interviewer was very nice, decided not to proceed for the next interview because interested in a different role. My interview was the preliminary interview. Lots of behavioural question. Got one technical question. Interviewer gave a lot of feedback. Interview felt genuine
