Interview
It’s not a transparent process, they make you sign a contract before the interview starts. You are bound with them if successful. Also, not guaranteed pay until after training is completed.

They give you scenarios and you need to explain when you have encountered them and what strategies you would used to overcome them.

Interview
I was contacted within 20 hours of applying for the position of Financial Consultant. I found it extremely strange that whilst on the phone the company, it appeared that they hadn't read my cv and were only concerned with meeting their own requirement e.g willing to work for the company for a minimum of two years etc..
