The assessment consists of 3 tests - math, aptitude and set notation. If you've been through O level/A levels, the math and set notation test is very doable just manage your time well. The aptitude test is also manageable as long as you read the questions thoroughly. For F2F interviews, the first will be with a trainer who'll be looking out for your career aspirations, where your interests lie, and your general knowledge about programming (if it's stated in your resume). The second interviewer will be with an accounts manager who's mainly looking out to get to know you better, your personality and how you present yourself. Both interviewers were really nice and patient.
