Capgemini R2R specialist interview questions

Interview process was good after that follow up very difficult. Myself was selected the interview but Re-hire policy is not fair to me because I served 7years in your Organisation. I back apply to Capgemini after three years and selected the interview and everything initiated the system and documents processed. Finally they told that rehire policy is negative.
