Direct test no interview through campus placement. In test they asked aptitude( quantitative em,verbal ,reasoning) with some mental games, puzzles etc. the exam duration was 2:30hrs. Some of them for interviewed they have been a sksed basic programming, Engineering subject question etc

Interview
1. Communication Round
The process began with an initial communication round where they assessed my clarity, confidence, and ability to express ideas effectively. This round focused on basic introductions, my background, and how well I could articulate my thoughts. It was mainly to understand my personality and see if I would be a good fit for the team culture.
2. Technical Assessment
After clearing the first stage, I was given a technical assessment. The test included problem-solving questions, coding tasks, and scenario-based questions related to the role. It evaluated my understanding of core concepts, logical thinking, and practical application of skills. The instructions were clear, and enough time was given to complete the challenge.
3. Virtual Interview
The final stage was a virtual interview conducted online. This round combined technical and behavioral questions. I was asked to explain my projects, walk through parts of my code, and share my thought process behind certain decisions. They also tested problem-solving in real time and discussed my experiences, teamwork, and how I handle challenges. The panel was friendly and supportive, making the conversation comfortable.

They mainly focused on my technical skills. During the interview, they asked me to write two coding problems, solve a few SQL queries, and explain my previous projects in detail—especially my role, the tech stack I used, and the logic behind important features.
