Pros

The CEO really tries hard but he have a terrible team, they just care about getting more contracts.

Cons

Bad management and leadership team!!!! This company is using JTIP incentive without providing any actual training, I saw it with my own eyes, they force managers to complete and sign a form for each employee that qualifies so UnityBPO can get that state incentive. Very unstable company with no job security.

Pros

Reasonable starting pay is literally the only pro which comes to mind at the moment.

Cons

Abhorrent management. Many colleagues were fired for questionable reasons with little or no disciplinary action taken beforehand. The only training provided is some time doing side-by-sides, listening to calls with current employees. This is laughable considering this company is taking state JTIP money when there is zero classroom training and no structure to training whatsoever. Unreasonable expectations for on-call employees. Two extremes at this company, you will either be micromanaged beyond belief or you will never hear from management until it's time for a write up or to be fired. UnityBPO recently split off from another entity; they are aggressively cutting cost even if it is at the expense of employee needs.

Pros

- Retention/staffing was always low, so you have to be really bad at your job to get fired - If you get good at your job, you can get a much better one pretty quickly

Cons

- Pay is much less than similar jobs, more job duties are rewarded inadequately if at all. - Re-organizations are implemented conceptually, but my work either stayed the same. I never got more support, or got the tools needed to be more efficient. - loyalty is expected but never shown - management thinks it's okay to rescind overtime or doubletime offers with little notice, often while you're already working. (don't spring for a day of daycare to come help out on a stormy day, it'll be a couple hours of double time at best)
