Lack of leadership Lack progressive pathways Extreme high turnover rate in staff 65% Yearly A sinking ship which will suck the intrinsic motivations you have for work from your soul.

      Working with colleagues who really care about people and also have a great sense of humour. Integrity of leadership and importance places on family and community.

      Cons

      Need to be flexible and go with the flow as well as working with targets which are not always easy to translate.
