Pros
Values-driven organisation.
Very collegiate. Everyone is friendly and down-to-earth which creates a pleasant working environment.
Communication with managers tends to be open, honest, and fair. People and processes and fairly transparent. I trust them.
Certainly not a toxic work environment.
Cons
Can be a little rigid about things like in-office days and working hours.
Pay is not amazing (but improving).
The office itself needs a refresh (dull, corporate aesthetic) and would greatly benefit from a communal lunch space.
