      Low Pay & Unrealistic Targets for Progress Senior Management believe he is the only ones capable of having good ideas. Condescending Tone, extreme micro management. Lack of leadership Lack progressive pathways Extreme high turnover rate in staff 65% Yearly A sinking ship which will suck the intrinsic motivations you have for work from your soul.

      Pros

      Values-driven organisation. Very collegiate. Everyone is friendly and down-to-earth which creates a pleasant working environment. Communication with managers tends to be open, honest, and fair. People and processes and fairly transparent. I trust them. Certainly not a toxic work environment.

      Cons

      Can be a little rigid about things like in-office days and working hours. Pay is not amazing (but improving). The office itself needs a refresh (dull, corporate aesthetic) and would greatly benefit from a communal lunch space.
