-Went from bad to worse even before PE took over the company -It was all morally wrong here and seemingly still is

Obviously, there was not a good fit between you and Informatica. Your blanket comments, however, do not give us any opportunity to respond. What can one say to, "Yuck"? "Am not"? :-/ Let's just leave it at the fact that Informatica has 4 out of 5 stars overall on Glassdoor from our employees, and similarly stellar ratings for all categories such as Senior Management, Work/Life Balance, Culture & Values, etc. And we are rated as a Leader in six enterprise data categories by Gartner, and also lauded by Forrester. Plus we just won top honors for customer service for the eleventh year in a row. We hope you find some place more aligned with your point of view.

- Great product and learning opportunities. - Convenient office location. - Flexible working hours.

Cons

- No work-life balance, you'll be working long hours and many weekends, especially when there are project releases. - Low pay when compared to the long working hours and multiple project tasks. - Getting promoted can be a challenge - Micromanagement.
