      HighVail is one of the rare companies that I've worked for that are authentic and true to their values and commitment to their people. There is a culture here that puts the employees at the core of the business success and by virtue is respectful of people's time and appreciative of their contribution. It's a great time to work here as the company is morphing and growing which creates opportunities to work on new projects and initiatives.

      Cons

      Working for a small company isn't for everyone. It lacks the structure and process of large organizations which, for some people, is more desirable.
