Pros
The discount is fabulous. Some of my co-workers are wonderful, and I adore some of the regulars who come in.
Cons
I've worked in retail for over 6 years and I've yet to see management as bad as this. They are unethical and when employees try to report it they are shut down and usually fired or punished in some way. Unless you sell your soul and work no other job, you will not advance in this company. The scheduling process is abhorrent and some people may get 28 hours while another will get 8 hours. Often having so many female staff it can become catty and filled with drama and gossip. This behavior is not limited to the background and management is the worst about bringing their personal drama to work. The pay is horrid for the amount of hours given and the intensity of work required.
