Hourly pay was decent and they'll hire almost anyone with a vehicle and a license.

This place could not be more poorly organized. It's near impossible to get in contact with a supervisor or manager, I don't even know who my supervisor was. If you had questions, just don't. Training? Nope, just got a text that I was expected to start. Where? To do what? No one knew, I showed up to the facility on the day I was told by HR that I should be there for training only to find out that no one knew what I was talking about, HR never said anything to them, and apparently I was supposed to have started two days prior and had already received two of three strikes for no-call, no-show. How was I supposed to start working before receiving any training, equipment, or instructions on what to do? Apparently some people knew to just show up at the facility and that was the correct thing to do. It turned out that most of what I was told by the corporate office during the hiring process was not correct. I was told by corporate HR that it would be about 50 packages/day. My "training" was receiving 82 packages at 3pm that I was expected to deliver by 10pm that same day in a very rural area I had never been before that had no cell phone signal or street lights. A supervisor showed me how to scan a package and place it on a door step, then left me to it. I spent about 5 hours driving around in the dark looking for any sort of street signs or house addresses. I delivered 24 of the 82 packages. The next day I got 106 to deliver. Delivering in a rural area meant that I was driving onto people's secluded, private driveways in an unmarked car, usually after dark. Some people were really nice, others were pretty suspicious. One person blocked me in his driveway yelling at me for trespassing on his property and another lady sent her dogs out after me. That was my first day. I communicated this to the training supervisor and the driver I was helping and asked several supervisors, HR, and scheduling people if I could be moved to a different delivery area, and eventually did get a reply from someone saying they would find me a suburban delivery zone but that just never happened. I made it 6 days before I went back to the site to give back the equipment and quit. I couldn't find any supervisors to tell I was quitting so I just left the device on a desk and texted the only person who's number I had to let them know. I never got a response. About 2 months later, shortly after my seasonal contract would have ended, I got a call from corporate HR to see if I had started yet and if so, did I have any questions.
