2 weeks paid vacation for years 1-4, 3 weeks paid vacation after 5 years with company. health insurance with $2000 deductable for only $250 per year in premiums.
Cons
Be prepared to be blamed for absolutely everything that goes wrong, even if it wasn't your fault. You will receive absolutely no praise, even when you work as hard as you can, day in and day out. You will come home beyond exhausted and have no energy for the rest of your life. Working from approximately 2 am to 9:30 am will mess with your sleep cycle and make you feel tired all the time. Having to train dozens of people that you know will quit in around 10 days is maddening
