Pros
- Competitive wages. - Benefits package. - Tuition reimbursement after a year, attention to fine print.
Cons
-Culture encouraged finger pointing and blaming the next person, rather than taking personal accountability. This lead to time wasted documenting proof that a job was done rather than worrying about doing the job itself. -Part timers have a low hour commitment with high availability requirement. There were mandated randomly assigned shifts outside my available hours. It was difficult to hold another job to supplement part time income. -Insufficient/irrelevant onboarding training, and poor on the job training. You are often left to “fend for yourself” -Very few advancement opportunities, almost no full time positions. -Benefits package has odd clauses, as well as few in network options. Read the fine print carefully.
