Cons
Fear based management, embarrass, belittle and humiliate, public discipline. No formal training. Women and minorities are often passed up for promotions. Horrible work hours, hard to take time off. Holidays are busy time therefore you don’t get to see your family. Micro management that point out issues but no help or suggestions on how to do better or be better. NO PRAISE or recognition for job well done. Poor behavior is promoted while hard workers are over looked. Ran by rich white men that don’t appreciate they would not be where they are without the people below them. They don’t value their employees and management (part-time) supervisor turn over is high.
