Pros
- 40 hour weeks, no one will ask you to stay late or bug you on the weekends - Pretty easy job - stable company, no one from our office was laid off during the pandemic - you can advance and move anywhere in the country if you want to be an account manager
Cons
Unless you want to move into management or operations, it’s very hard to advance your career within the valley - The office is soul sucking - this is a glorified call center, I would love to say otherwise but they count your calls and the amount of time you spend on the phone. If you don’t hit those metrics you will be written up, depending on your manager. Every year you have a goal for your patch of land, I hit my goal before the end of the year but was still getting written up for not hitting dials - pay is alright if you’re single and young
