Pros
- Usually you have great job security, but not always. - Non-union employees get about 35-40% of their tuition paid for as long as they stay 2 years after graduation.
Cons
- Promotions and raises are based on length of service rather than merit even for NON-union employees. - Few UPSers perform the bulk of the workload while others skate by doing as little as possible. - Non-union employees are treated as union when it benefits the company, but are treated poorly when they feel they can get away with it
