Pros
THe two biggests pros are pay and benefits. UPS has excellent benefits (including health, vision, dental, disability, life). They are also know for promotion from within, but latey they have been hiring outside to fill certain 'quota' requirements.
Cons
Specialist should be paid for any time worked over 40 hours, but they are not! SSRs are epected to work until the job is done even though it usually takes 50-70 hours a week. Management advises to self develop (work more than 40 hours and claim it is development). Upper management does not keep confidential items in confidence. BD is often expected to "eat" our mileage.
