Pros
The company pays management well compared to other transportation industries, although that's probably due to the wages the union drivers earn. Time off usually isn't an issue and most employees at the front line get along well.
Cons
The company is controlled by industrial engineers that can't function at the front line or manage people. Generally when the engineers are placed in operations they fail miserably, yet these people control how the business is run. Also, promotions are curious. It seems unclear how some higher ups got to that level.
