Only benefits that are actually good are for union employees only
Cons
-managements lack of fundamental management skills , safety, have to waive lunch break, no breaks unless you push, lack of training (none), no advancement path. Came up with the moto “people don’t want to work for UPS, they have to”. Go here if you need a quick paycheck and don’t plan on staying.
