      Pros

      Great marketing and positive presence in the market and community. Top of innovation. Excellent work-life balance, can work from home three days a week. Good benefits and employee share program.

      Cons

      Too much structure in place. Projects move slow because of the various gates built in. Politics is plentyful in the department I work in.
