Cons
Career growth will be a stand still once you join TELUS. Internal hiring is a joke with candidates pre-chosen and job postings are mere formality. Management will find a rationale on the hiring, with little or no feedback to the candidates who were interviewed. Even if you are a top performer, people would want you to keep doing what you do instead of letting you grow or find roles outside of your organization.
