Pros
Cool company with cool services and a leader in the industry. Good people who work hard. Team work is encouraged. Events are held to promote sociallizing and fun. Opportunity to work from home or offices closer to home.
Cons
Too much demand and too little supply of resources. The work seems to never decrease and yet the number of people we have to do the work seems to decrease. Hiring freezes are the norm and it is difficult to replace when people leave. Being part of a large corporation does slow down our ability to deliver quick innovative solutions as we get bogged down in process and paperwork. We need to make use of some of the technology that we sell.
