Pros
The company is really focused on its customers - external and internal. It's an incredible company full of great energy. There's open dialogue between executives and the working level; everyone is frequently given ownership to voice their ideas. While there are days with long hours, the overall WFH/flexible workstyles facilitates work-life balance.
Cons
Sometimes we don't innovate as quickly as we can in terms of technical development. Additionally, the cross-functional teamwork mentality can lead to many repeated meetings. Maybe emphasize meeting pre-reads to avoid time wasted getting everyone up to speed during a 30 min call. Finally, base pay may be on the lower side...but there are many upsides in the form of benefits - stock/pension match, phones/subsidized rate plans, downtown office, etc.
