Pros
Good people leadership training. Benefits were very good overall. Very focused on processes and structure.
Cons
The telecom industry in Canada is very much constrained in terms of working within technology that other companies define, so it isn't a place to be creative or innovative. I found it to be like being on a hamster wheel to keep up with their "values" and what it took to advance my career. Perhaps my personality wasn't a fit and it took me more effort than others.
