Many departments hence can learn a lot of new areas

There was no team environment; people were unfriendly and manager had a bad temper; used anger to get people to work; would not give permission for vacation in writing and accuse of taking vacation without being authorized to. Manager would complain about one employee to the other and set up enemies within the team.
