Pros
- good pay and benefits - encourages employees to volunteer in community - good employee assistance program - improved customer service now but a lot more can be done - flexible to work from home
Cons
- too much red tape - not much for training and advancement - if you want to advance your career, go somewhere else - most director and higher positions hired externally - over analysis of issues, lots of unnecessary meetings
