Good people, easy accessible building and not far from the city.
Cons
No progression after two years, pay is capped after two years, promotions means a pay cut, no concern for staff in anyway and it's all about the client and the clients needs, "Look after your employees and the rest looks after itself". There's no real personal touch with manager to agent interaction, it's procedures, procedures and the clients says bow so we all bow..
