Pros

- Really care about their customers - Extremely community originated through donations and volunteer hours - Lots of mid management and high positions - Good compensation but not top tier - Excellent executive team

Cons

- Huge gap in career opportunities between entry level to mid management, very hard to make the jump up - Large gap in the quality of employees - Difficult hours for many workers that run into the night and into weekends preventing a good work/life balance - The union for front line workers prevent a culture of performance recognition rather then tenure recognition - Many of the bets jobs are located in BC preventing the rest of the country from these opportunities
