The variable pay is key and makes the compensation package very comparable to other jobs of the same nature. The recognition and feedback is usually timely and accurate. TELUS makes every effort to keep work/life balance in order. No issues with fairness and respect.
Cons
It is possible to get pigeon-holed into roles. You'll have to work at trying to ensure this doesn't happen. It's easy to get comfortable with work and roles.
