Pros

Team of young people mostly and overall positive atmosphere, a good way to practice language skills, customer empathy and support

Cons

very restricted and short breaks, for beginners a stressful time to be on the phone and having moments when not really knowing what to answer, a bit poor basic training which results in feeling insecure while on work
