Pros
Stable pay, reasonable hours, decent vacation. I'm told career options are good, but that heavily depends on what part of the company you're in and who you know. Buisnes isn't going anywhere.
Cons
The definition of a bureaucratic hellscape. Need something? Be prepared to talk to someone who knows someone who can email someone who *might* be able to tell you who to make an appointment with. Didn't think it was possible for an orgnization to be this top heavy and remain (technically) functional. The corporate culture is borderline saterial and everyone seems to have swallowed the bait years ago.
