Pros
Good benefits and little to no actual selling skills required as everyone knows the company.
Cons
Decreasing commissions every year by rearranging the structure and does not care for the employees at all. They push this Telus culture being so great but it’s all sucking up and hiring who they like even when they are unqualified type of toxic culture.
