Pros

All the negative reviews speak the truth, if you are looking into prospect sales roles, big NO, thank later.

Cons

Everything here has a certain… mystery. It almost feels like a guilt trip, convincing people to sign up for what are, somehow, alot less-than-ideal deals for services Canadians actually rely on. The hierarchy is fascinating: managers are the demi-gods, while directors are the real gods — and yes, the worship is very much expected. HR, meanwhile, is more of a chatbot concept: their best advice is usually to "speak to your manager." Simple, efficient, and endlessly circular. If you enjoy saying the exact same thing for five hours a day remaining 3 hours is pointless trainings/meetings to increase pressure on performance, Monday to Friday, this could be your dream job. Just keep in mind: eventually, your mental health may start hinting that corporate life isn’t all that glamorous. There also appears to be a curious trend of monthly layoffs, which coincidentally seem to help leadership pad commissions. And unless you’re hitting 80%+ of your target quarter after quarter, expect stress to become your new full-time companion. Oh, and about those “voluntary weekends”? They’re as voluntary as a tax return — particularly during quarter-end and peak season. Overtime? Let’s just say the recognition is more spiritual than financial except the commission on sales you make on days when people want to least answer a sales call. So, in short: a respectful but firm “No, thank you.
