      Scotia listens to their employees, it may take a bit for them to change but eventually things get better

      Employee perks have diminished in the past 15 years, benefits package was very disappointing to all this year.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.
