      Great work - life balance... look forward to a long career, as the opportunities are endless.

      Cons

      BUSY!!!! This is a never ending cycle too many customers not enough staff. Such a great company but just can not find enough workers...It's a shame really. Why work for a call centre when you could work with Scotiabank in the contact centre.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
